Job Title: Project Coordinator II Duration: 12 Months Location: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Summary Client is seeking a Temporary Project Coordinator to support cross-functional teams by organizing day-to-day project operations, tracking deliverables, and helping ensure work is completed on schedule. This is a temporary role at Client and is not a full-time position. The Project Coordinator will work under the direction of Client project and/or program leads and will interface with multiple stakeholders to support planning, execution, and reporting activities.
Responsibilities
Coordinate project logistics, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and action-item tracking.
Maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, dependencies), and other project documentation.
Track deliverables and status across workstreams; follow up with stakeholders to support on-time completion.
Prepare and distribute project communications (e.g., weekly status updates, decision logs, milestone summaries).
Support project governance routines (e.g., recurring check-ins, milestone reviews) and escalate risks/issues to the Client project lead as needed.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support process consistency and documentation hygiene (e.g., templates, trackers, filing).
Assist with basic reporting and coordination tasks using common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentations, project trackers).
Must-Have Skills
2+ years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, operations, or an administrative/project support role.
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; spreadsheets, docs, and slides).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting clear status updates and tracking action items.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including ability to maintain accurate trackers and documentation.
Ability to work independently with appropriate guidance and to follow defined processes and timelines.
Proficiency in Google Suites.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Bachelor's degree in similar field.
Prior experience in networking and data centers in a technical capacity.
Previous experience in big tech.
Experience in procurement operations is nice to have.
Years of Overall Experience Required
2+ years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, operations, or an administrative/project support role.
