Application Analyst ll Location: EST (100% remote) Duration: 6 months
Ideal Background: Project/program management experience, documentation management, runbook creation, and user access management; comfort managing a portfolio of concurrent initiatives and reporting status to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or related field
5+ years in a Business Analysis role leading project and process management
3+ years in program/project management, ideally in a SaaS or platform operations environment
Familiarity with Salesforce tool and creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Excellent written communication for weekly digest/status reporting to leadership
Slack platform tools a strong plus(AI)
