Job Summary

The Event Planning Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate, promotional, and employee engagement events from concept through completion. This role ensures every aspect of an event—including logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and attendee experience—is delivered seamlessly. A key responsibility will be managing high-profile internal events such as the Holiday Party, while maintaining exceptional quality, organization, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of corporate, promotional, and employee events from start to finish.
• Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, caterers, entertainment providers, transportation vendors, and audiovisual partners.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue setup, registration, accommodations, catering, signage, and guest services.
• Partner with marketing and communications teams to support event branding, promotions, and attendee communications.
• Oversee on-site event operations, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure a positive attendee experience.
• Track event performance, collect attendee feedback, and prepare post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements.
• Maintain event documentation, contracts, invoices, and vendor agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing corporate, employee, or large-scale events.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and vendor negotiation abilities.
• Experience managing event budgets and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with event planning software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, based on event schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience planning corporate employee engagement events or holiday celebrations.
• Familiarity with event registration platforms and budgeting software.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
