We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly collaborative digital media lead to own the day-to-day execution, optimization, and coordination of our mid and lower funnel paid media campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of audience strategy, tracking implementation, and campaign management, requiring consistent partnership across internal teams and external agencies to keep complex, multi-channel initiatives on track.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end paid media operations and campaigns across paid search, display, mid/lower-funnel, DCO, and partner/co-brand campaigns, covering setup, in-flight management, optimization, and performance review
Distribute monthly promo calendars, web data, GTM tool kits and lead price points to the media agency; review and approve ad copy and search assets for new and existing campaigns
Oversee DCO from feed setup (pricing, images, content matrix) and API coordination through QA, creative validation, and optimization; lead transition to a new DCO platform including updated strategy, messaging, and assets
Manage co-brand credit card media and Affirm campaign execution across paid search, social, and display, including asset coordination, monthly billing, vanity URL tracking, performance monitoring, and cross-functional alignment on compliance and timelines
Submit and manage audience requests, maintain the CDP Audience Library (segment IDs and definitions), and coordinate with internal teams to push segments live
Own pixel and tag implementation end-to-end, submitting Tealium tickets, partnering with the media agency on pre- and post-launch QA, attending weekly status meetings, and driving tracking completion with the BI team
Ensure audience segments, suppression lists, and targeting parameters are correctly applied; support pre-launch validation of links, creatives, and assets across all campaign types
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field, with hands-on expertise in audience segmentation, tag management platforms (e.g., Tealium), and end-to-end campaign execution and management.
Strong understanding of mid and lower funnel paid media strategy across search, social, and display
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams with multiple stakeholders
High attention to detail with strong QA instincts across tracking, creative, and campaign setup
Excellent communication and project management skills
Experience working with media agencies and external partners
Experience working on DCO campaigns is a plus
Cruise industry experience is preferred.

Cross-functional partners are supported with timely, reliable deliverables
DCO workbooks, audience libraries, and reporting inputs remain accurate and up to date
