Job Title: IAM L1 Engineer / AnalystDuration: 7 MonthsLocation: Onsite/Hybrid - 1525 South Belt Line Road, Suite 200, Coppell, TX 75019 SummarySupport Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations by managing user lifecycle activities, access provisioning, authentication support, and operational administration. Work closely with IT teams and business users to ensure timely and compliant access management while following established IAM processes and procedures.
Responsibilities• Manage user account creation, modification, disablement, and de-provisioning in Active Directory, and provision access to applications, file shares, security groups, and distribution lists.
• Support user onboarding, offboarding, role changes, access requests, and authentication/authorization issues through ServiceNow and established ITIL processes.
• Coordinate with IT teams, business users, vendors, and security teams for access management activities, documentation updates, and operational support.
• Execute IDM testing, support disaster recovery exercises, assist with patch deployments, and maintain IAM-related documentation and records.
• Perform basic scripting, automation support, operational monitoring, issue triage, and escalation of unresolved incidents.
• Participate in on-call support and ensure compliance with IAM policies, procedures, and security requirements.
