Title: Program Manager Location: Austin, TX Duration: 6-12 Months Job description: Key Responsibilities Client is seeking a highly driven and versatile Program Manager to support cross-functional initiatives within the IS&T organization. This is not a traditional PMO role; the ideal candidate will be a hands-on program leader who can independently drive projects from inception through execution while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile project execution.
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
Drive project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications proactively.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage GenAI tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and delivery outcomes.
Take ownership of multiple workstreams and adapt to evolving business priorities.
Required Qualifications:
Strong Program Management experience with the ability to wear multiple hats across project delivery functions.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, requirements gathering, and testing coordination.
Demonstrated ability to proactively drive projects with minimal supervision.
Experience incorporating Generative AI tools into day-to-day workflows to streamline processes and accelerate deliverables.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience is highly preferred.
IS&T experience is strongly preferred to minimize ramp-up time.
Experience working in fast-paced, highly matrixed enterprise environments.

Candidate should be a well-rounded "jack of all trades" Program Manager who can handle sprint planning, requirements gathering, testing, and project execution.
