Job Summary:
We’re looking for a hungry, ambitious Marketer to help bring the Everyday Banking Marketing team to the next level.
This role will help define and develop marketing campaign strategies that strengthen the Everyday Banking acquisition portfolio, maximize revenue, and optimize customer experience.
Works collaboratively with business/groups on the strategic development, execution, and measurement of traditional and non-traditional customer-focused advertising, production, merchandising, and communications campaigns.
Provides information and direction for media and creative development and ensures brand and governance standards are met in all solutions.
Oversees the development of advertising, promotional and communications material. Collaborates with external agency partners to deliver business objectives.
Ensures consistency in solutions and across marketing channels, media and platforms.
Collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to develop monitoring and tracking plans for external advertising initiatives.
Ensures compliance with internal frameworks, standards, guidelines and governance.
Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions.
Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
Works mostly independently.
Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:
Typically, between 2 – 4 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in project management.
Advertising and/or creative agency experience an asset.
Experience in, and advanced knowledge of, the financial services industry.
Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
