Job Summary: Technical Lead/ Senior Developer responsible for designing resilient Azure based solutions that optimize data management with PostgreSQL and robust services with C sharp. The associate will collaborate across teams and ensure secure scalable systems that support business growth and positive customer impact. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and microservices using C#, PostgreSQL , ReactJS and Azure, ensuring high performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, architecture designs, and high-quality feature implementations aligned with project goals.
Develop and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and data access layers while ensuring data integrity, performance tuning, indexing, and support for transactional and analytical workloads.
Leverage Azure services, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and cloud best practices to improve application scalability, operational efficiency, observability, and release quality.
Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architecture guidance, documentation, security best practices, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce technical debt and accelerate delivery.
