Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for customer correspondence, statements, notices, and communication templates.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and production support teams.
- Perform impact analysis and provide solution recommendations for enhancement requests, regulatory changes, and production issues.
- Design and review correspondence solutions using OpenText Exstream and Quadrient Inspire platforms.
- Create detailed functional specifications, business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Manage and coordinate change management activities, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and traceability.
- Analyze source data and business rules to validate correspondence generation requirements.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, data issues, and business impacts.
- Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans to validate correspondence output.
- Support mainframe testing activities by generating and validating test files and output documents.
- Track, analyze, prioritize, and resolve defects using defect management tools.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate defect resolution activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and communication guidelines.
- Monitor production correspondence processing and provide support during critical releases and deployments.
- Maintain project documentation, requirement traceability matrices, and knowledge repositories.
