Applied AI Engineer (Remote – US)

The client's platform is Southeast Asia's leading digital insurance platform, serving millions of users. We're building an AI-native neobank to make financial services smarter, faster, and more accessible—from insurance and payments to investing and personal finance.

What You'll Do

• Build AI agents, copilots, and automation for real financial workflows.
• Develop production-grade LLM applications using RAG, tool calling, and evaluations.
• Improve customer onboarding, support, KYC, operations, and internal productivity with AI.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ship AI features end-to-end.
• Optimize systems for accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, and security.

What We're Looking For

• Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience building LLM applications, AI agents, RAG systems, or AI automation in production.
• Practical understanding of AI evaluation, prompt engineering, and system reliability.
• Product mindset with the ability to ship and iterate quickly.
• Fintech, banking, KYC, fraud, or operations automation experience is a plus.
