The client's platform is Southeast Asia's leading digital insurance platform, serving millions of users. We're building an AI-native neobank to make financial services smarter, faster, and more accessible—from insurance and payments to investing and personal finance.
What You'll Do
Build AI agents, copilots, and automation for real financial workflows.
Develop production-grade LLM applications using RAG, tool calling, and evaluations.
Improve customer onboarding, support, KYC, operations, and internal productivity with AI.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to ship AI features end-to-end.
Optimize systems for accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, and security.
What We're Looking For
Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar.
Experience building LLM applications, AI agents, RAG systems, or AI automation in production.
Practical understanding of AI evaluation, prompt engineering, and system reliability.
Product mindset with the ability to ship and iterate quickly.
Fintech, banking, KYC, fraud, or operations automation experience is a plus.
