Business Systems Analyst Auburn Hills, MI (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week) 6 Months (Potential of Extension)
Ideal Years of Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years overall business/system analysis experience
Minimum 3-5 years overall User Experience document and design experience.
Top Required Skills (Rank and Prioritize Specific Tools/Technologies Required):
Experience working within different project delivery methodologies including waterfall, iterative, and agile methodologies
Experience using collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
Responsibilities:
Lead the gathering and synthesizing of functional and non-functional business requirements ensuring alignment to business strategy
Identify and conduct necessary workshops/interviews to clarify and document requirements
Analyze user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop and/or modify applications
Responsible to assess business requirements and provide design leadership to identify and address impact to process and systems
Ability to capture and communicate business requirements (functional and non-functional requirement) to support downstream planning and execution
Ability to capture and build business process documentation in the form of process flows, activity diagrams and use cases
Ability to provide input to project estimating and resource needs in support of requirements gathering and analysis
Support the Quality Assurance team in the building of test strategy, plan and test cases including requirements traceability matrix
Supporting Quality Assurance test strategy and contribution to test coverage assessment
Ability to support the creation/design of new user experiences and improvements of existing user experiences
Proven experience to quickly iterate on multiple interactive design solutions and work through details
Lead and document using a human-centered design process to support the delivery of an user-centric interface and experience
Develops high level, mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
Work closely with product managers to maximize customer success
Working knowledge of UX design principles
Develops and maintains detailed user-interface specifications
Presents design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback
Contributes to the group's shared knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies
Work closely with product managers to identify and document user experience requirements and design ideas
