Title:IT Project Manager Location: Remote (West coast time zone) Duration: 5 months
Role Scope / Deliverables:
Lead capture, ingestion, validation, enrichment, scoring, qualification, routing and nurturing
Salesforce, MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Platform and Eloqua integrations
Third-party lead intake standardization and automation opportunities
Lead enrichment with source attribution, campaign/tactic metadata and customer journey visibility
Reporting, analytics, SLA monitoring, data quality controls and workflow audit trail
