Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AS400/IBM i Technical Lead with strong expertise in AS400, COBOL, RPGLE, CL/CLLE, and DB2/400 to support and lead mission-critical enterprise application initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive development activities, participate in legacy application analysis, and support modernization initiatives through reverse engineering and business rule extraction. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, solution design capabilities, client interaction, effort estimation, code reviews, and mentoring of development teams.
Required Experience
8+ years of hands-on experience with AS400/IBM i development.
Strong experience in COBOL development (mandatory).
Proven experience leading technical teams on enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of AS400/IBM i applications.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather and refine requirements.
