Job Overview & Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an outstandingly creative and structurally sharp Senior Furniture Designer to lead our industrial product
design department from sketch to structural production blueprints.
? Design Team Command: Supervise and mentor junior product designers. Standardize file naming conventions,
assign modeling tasks, and review final CAD outputs.
? Collection Innovation: Conceptualize market-leading furniture collections, keeping ergonomic health, luxury
textures, and high durability parameters front and center.
? Technical Draft Validation: Review the generation of exact production-ready 3D models and precise
manufacturing sheets (accurate Bill of Materials, joint specifications, hardware cutouts).
? Factory Alignment: Spend active time on the production floor coordinating with engineers to build, refine, and
sign off on new prototypes.
Mandatory Filters for Sourcing
? Brand Heritage: Must have previously worked as a core product/furniture designer for a highly recognized,
established Furniture Brand.
? Software Mastery: Flawless technical command over industrial design platforms (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino,
Fusion 360, and Keyshot for rendering).
? Clear practical insight into production variables: metal bending, joinery, woodworking machinery constraints,
and premium upholstery behavior.
? Must submit an industrial design portfolio showing concepts that went into commercial mass production
