Overview
Client is seeking a senior Full Stack Architect/Engineer to lead the design, development, and support of scalable cloud-native applications. This role requires deep expertise in React, Java Spring Boot, AWS, APIs, event-driven architectures, and AI-assisted software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of full stack solutions using React, Java Spring Boot, GraphQL/REST APIs, and AWS.
• Drive architecture and design reviews, defining APIs, data models, integrations, and service boundaries.
• Develop secure, production-grade code and enforce engineering best practices through code reviews.
• Build and maintain highly available, scalable services with strong focus on reliability and performance.
• Implement authentication and authorization using OIDC/OAuth2.
• Establish observability, monitoring, logging, and operational readiness practices.
• Partner with Product and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and guide adoption of internal and third-party technology solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of full stack engineering experience with technical leadership responsibilities.

Strong expertise in:

• React (TypeScript)
• Java Spring Boot
• GraphQL & REST API design
• AWS cloud services
• Kafka/MSK
• Aurora PostgreSQL
• AWS Neptune
• OIDC/OAuth2 & JWT security
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Must have hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK), Docker, ECS/EKS, and modern security practices.

Preferred

• Experience defining platform standards, API governance, and reliability metrics.
• Prior integration experience with Oracle HCM.
