About the Role The fast-growing Ad Operations team is expanding its team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the internal and external teams to launch and manage end-to-end operations for offsite ad campaigns, report on campaign results, help recommend and implement new tooling, processes, and alerting to optimize campaign operations. These programs will accelerate acquisition, activation, and loyalty across all the advertiser’s audiences.
What You’ll Do
Manage end to end campaign ops process across social & programmatic digital marketing channels (including but not limited to Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok).
Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and budget utilization, proactively identifying optimization opportunities and recommending adjustments to improve outcomes.
Troubleshoot setup, tracking, and trafficking discrepancies in ongoing campaigns.
Work with 3rd party vendors to streamline campaign setup & ensure accurate & on-time campaign launches.
Partner with the internal Marketing and Data Science teams to ensure accurate tracking & reporting of offsite media.
Create post-mortem reports to document large campaign bugs and work with cross-functional teams on any actions needed.
Use day-to-day experiences to recommend and implement new processes, workflows, and product improvements with internal teams.

Qualifications:
You have 2+ years of experience in scaled ad operations, digital advertising, data entry, or data analytics.
You have experience trafficking end to end digital media campaigns (e.g. Google, Meta, TikTok) including campaign setup, QA, tracking, & reporting.
You are comfortable writing ad copy & may have even built ad creative in the past.
You are able to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset.
Thrive in a self-starter, fast paced and changing environment.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written communication skills to work with sales teams on campaign launch logistics and for crafting clear, actionable post-mortem reports.
Experience with CPG Ads is a plus.
Project management or coordination experience is a plus.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing campaign data is a plus.
