Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Job Description:
Seeking a hands-on Technical Product Owner/ Manager to lead delivery of a suite of interoperating design-automation software tools built in partnership across multiple organizations. This is a hybrid leadership role: you will run the cross-team program and own the product roadmap and backlog, acting as the single point of accountability that keeps stakeholders aligned, dependencies unblocked, and development engineers focused on the highest-value work. You should be equally comfortable driving a multi-party decision, writing a precise requirement, and reasoning about integrations and data contracts with developers.

| Risk & Dependency Management | Proactive risk identification, tracking, and mitigation; unblocking dependencies and managing integration points |
| Technical Fluency – Autodesk Platform | Credible engagement with developers on Revit add-in/plugin development and the Revit API; understanding of multi-version Revit support |
| Technical Fluency – Dev Ecosystem | Working knowledge of C#/.NET ecosystem (Framework vs. .NET 8); Python-based scripting and tooling |
| Communication | Clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate between business stakeholders and engineering teams |

| Cross-Tool Integration & Data Contracts | Reasoning about structured data exchange (CSV/Excel, JSON, parameter mapping) and schema versioning across integrated tools |
| AEC / BIM Domain Knowledge | Background in AEC and CAD/BIM workflows; hands-on familiarity with Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D |
| Data Center Infrastructure Knowledge | Understanding of data-center physical infrastructure and cabling design (ISP/OSP, fiber, structured cabling, rack layouts, port mapping, BOM/cable schedules); ability to ramp quickly in specialized engineering domains |
| Platform Constraint Analysis | Ability to assess Revit/API product limitations and translate them into pragmatic roadmap decisions and enhancement requests |
| Analytics & Adoption Tracking | Awareness of telemetry/logging and usage analytics approaches (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure ROI and tool adoption |
| Autonomous & Distributed Work | Comfortable working self-directed in a contract capacity across distributed teams and multiple time zones |
