Position: Sr. Technical Project Manager – Process & Systems Transformation

Travel: Limited travel within the United States as required to support project activities and stakeholder engagement.
 
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives across SAP, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Business Systems. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, partnering with business and technology stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of strategic programs that enable digital transformation and operational excellence.
 
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, enterprise infrastructure projects, cloud technologies, and project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership while managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications for multiple concurrent initiatives.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology and business transformation programs.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing competing priorities, timelines, and organizational objectives.
• Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, budgets, resource plans, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with executives and senior business leaders to define project objectives, scope, funding requirements, and success measures.
• Facilitate project steering committees, governance reviews, and executive status meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of business, infrastructure, cloud, SAP, cybersecurity, and application development resources.
• Drive project execution utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solution delivery.
• Lead organizational change management and communication activities to support user adoption and business readiness.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans across multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Track project performance and provide regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and external suppliers.
• Facilitate risk identification, mitigation planning, and resolution of project roadblocks.
• Maintain project repositories, documentation, lessons learned, and compliance with PMO standards.
• Support process improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices across the organization.
• Coach and mentor project team members while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

 
Experience:

• 8+ years of Technical Project Management experience
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated success delivering SAP S/4HANA programs

 
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing enterprise IT projects and programs.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments, including:
  • Networking
  • Firewalls
  • Virtualization platforms
  • Cloud technologies
  • Infrastructure modernization initiatives
• Experience managing projects involving application development, software integration, infrastructure deployment, and business process transformation.
• Expertise with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and executive presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading geographically distributed and global teams.
• Advanced proficiency with:

• Experience with PMO governance, phase-gate processes, and project controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• ITIL Foundation or higher
