Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce CPQ

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with expertise in CPQ & UAT to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our Salesforce releases meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, project management experience, and hands-on UAT execution.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for  Salesforce buying platform
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and detailed user stories
• Create and maintain comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD), process flows, and user acceptance criteria
• Develop training materials and documentation to help users understand new features and  changes
Test Planning and Preparation
• Define test objectives, strategies, and plans for UAT phases
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios and cases
• Develop detailed test scripts to validate the functionality, usability, and reliability of systems Test Execution and Coordination
• Coordinate with end users and business teams for the UAT sessions
• Execute test cases, identify defects, and track them to closure
• Document test results, provide status updates, and share findings with the project team Defect Management
• Log defects in the tracking tool, prioritize them based on criticality, and work with the  development team to ensure timely resolution
• Re-test resolved defects to confirm that fixes have addressed the issues and maintain the quality standards User Support and Training
• Assist in user training sessions and create user guides, FAQs, and training documentation as required Continuous Improvement
• Identify areas for process improvements within the testing lifecycle
• Contribute to the development of best practices for UAT procedures
 
Skills required:
• 5+ years of experience as Business analyst, CPQ and UAT preferably with Go-To-Market systems, New offer launches, Acquisition Integrations
• Functional knowledge of CPQ processes
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Salesforce Administrator & ISTQB certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in succinctly drafting and communicating issues in a clear and concise manner, ensuring easy understanding by stakeholders
