Execute multiple defined projects and assignments efficiently.
Support Project Manager in all phases including estimates, bidding, and safety.
Oversee project execution following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects from start to completion.
Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and company standards.
Identify technical problems and support solutions.
Oversee cGMP application and workplace safety.
Support design documents and coordinate with external firms.
Assist in project estimates and bid preparation.
Inspect contractor work and ensure compliance.
Requiremnts/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience as Project Foreman or similar.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Team collaboration and leadership support.
Mix of sitting, walking, bending.
Occasional lifting (10 lbs).
Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
Follow cGMP and quality guidelines.
Maintain sanitation and safety procedures.
Report quality issues appropriately.
