Senior Associate Project Manager for Legal PMO

Summary:

• This role is for the Legal Project Management Office (PMO), the resource will function as a business project manager with a focus on project and organizational change management for legal initiatives.
• In this role, you’ll lead project teams through initiation, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing phases to meet legal project objectives. Additionally, you’ll manage business-specific project change management deliverables that impact the House Counsel and Corporate Legal organizations.

TOP MUST HAVE SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

• Proven outstanding organization and project management skills with PMP certification.
• Skillfully managed cross-functional teams with the delivery of high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience implementing Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans, including the Adkar Model on large-scale Legal projects
• Proven ability to communicate project risks and develop and deploy mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated experience effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

Nice to Have: 

• Real Estate background with an understanding of office openings, facilities coordination, and related business processes would be helpful.
