Title: AML Business Systems Analyst III
Location: London, Ontario (Hybrid: 2 days on site, 2 days work from home (subject to change to 4 days in office)
Duration: 12 months
Schedule: M-F, core business hours – 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day

Job Description:
Must-Have Hard Skills:
- 5+ years of BSA experience
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Strong understanding system design documents and architectural blueprints
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, well organized, able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable
Nice-To-Have
- Any technical certifications
- AML or regulatory experience
- Banking or financial institution experience
