Job Title: Oracle Analytics Lead / BI Technical Architect 
Location: Charlotte, NC (100% Onsite)

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Analytics Lead / BI Technical Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle BI Applications (OBIA), and Data Warehousing technologies.
This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise analytics solutions while actively contributing to development, customization, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in data warehouse architecture, Oracle BI implementations, and client-facing delivery, along with the ability to lead global teams and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise analytics and data warehouse solutions using OAC, FDI, OBIA, ODI, and OBIEE.
• Act as a hands-on technical lead, actively involved in development, customization, and troubleshooting across BI platforms.
• Deliver end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, define solution architecture, and create detailed solution blueprints.
• Design and implement enterprise data warehouse solutions, including dimensional modeling and data integration frameworks.
• Integrate data from multiple source systems into centralized data warehouses to support analytics and reporting.
• Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code, and support debugging and issue resolution.
• Drive performance tuning across BI and data warehouse environments.
• Lead 3–5 full lifecycle implementations of OAC/OBIA solutions across functional domains.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across HCM, Finance, SCM, and Procurement to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage client communication, including status reporting, risk identification, and mitigation planning.
• Participate in RFP responses, solution reviews, and client presentations (orals).
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure effective onsite-offshore delivery.
• Plan, track, and manage deliverables while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications
• 14+ years of experience in Oracle BI implementations or custom Data Warehouse development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in OAC, FDI, ODI, OBIA, and OBIEE.
• Proven experience in enterprise data warehouse design and dimensional modeling.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle database technologies.
• Experience in data integration from multiple enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery while remaining hands-on.
• Experience managing client-facing engagements and stakeholder communication.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
