Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Kubernetes Platform Analyst to support the design, implementation, and operation of secure Kubernetes platforms in highly regulated FedRAMP High and DoD IL5 environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, observability, and platform reliability.

Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform, CI/CD, Python, Go
Cloud Platforms & Observability – AWS/Azure, Prometheus, Grafana
Required Qualifications
6–10 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in production environments.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar (AWS GovCloud is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and containerization.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform.
Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar scripting/programming languages.
Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and platform automation.
Understanding of security, compliance, and regulated cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and operate Kubernetes platforms supporting FedRAMP High and DoD IL5 environments.
Maintain the reliability, availability, and performance of platform services through monitoring and alerting.
Develop automation and tooling to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Work with senior engineers to define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
Support compliance initiatives, audits, and continuous monitoring activities.
Develop and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with Security, Platform, and Application teams to resolve issues and deliver platform capabilities.
Participate in on-call rotations to support production incidents, customer requests, and paging alerts.
Experience Required
6–10 years of relevant experience in SRE, DevOps, Kubernetes Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.
