Job Title: Senior Kubernetes Platform Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Kubernetes Platform Analyst to support the design, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise Kubernetes platforms in highly regulated FedRAMP High and IL5 environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, observability, and platform reliability.

Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar (AWS GovCloud experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, and containerization.
• Experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar scripting/programming languages.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation best practices.
• Understanding of FedRAMP High, IL5, cloud security, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate Kubernetes platforms supporting FedRAMP High and IL5 environments.
• Maintain the reliability, availability, and performance of platform services through monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Develop automation and tooling to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Define and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and error budgets alongside senior engineers.
• Maintain security and compliance requirements, including audit support and continuous monitoring.
• Develop and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Security, Platform Engineering, and Application teams to resolve technical issues and deliver platform capabilities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support customer requests and production incidents.

 
Experience Required

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in SRE, DevOps, Kubernetes Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.
