Job Title: Oracle Cloud Project Manager – Master Data Management
Location: Atlanta, GA - Hybrid (occasional travel / fly-in and fly-out as required)
Duration: 18+ months
 
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager – Master Data to lead the delivery of Oracle Cloud Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives across Customer, Supplier, Product, and Financial data domains. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise application implementations, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of Oracle Cloud projects within established IT governance frameworks.
This role requires a strong background in IT Project Management, Oracle Cloud MDM, and enterprise application delivery, with the ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and business partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
IT Project Management:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Master Data Management projects and related enterprise application initiatives.
• Manage project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies while adhering to organizational governance standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and status reporting.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, issues, and risks, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, architecture standards, and enterprise IT controls.
 
Oracle Cloud MDM Delivery
• Manage implementation and enhancement initiatives across Oracle Cloud MDM domains, including Customer, Supplier, Product/Item, and Financial Master Data.
• Coordinate solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, remediation, and data quality improvement efforts.
• Partner with Oracle technical teams, architects, developers, and system integrators to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support integration of Oracle Cloud MDM with ERP systems, middleware platforms, data warehouses, and downstream applications.
 
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for Oracle Cloud MDM projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, and functional teams to align project objectives with business priorities.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and consulting organizations.
• Facilitate design reviews, sprint ceremonies, steering committee meetings, and release readiness reviews.
Risk, Security & Compliance
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to data security, integrations, system performance, and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, privacy, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams on access controls, environment management, and deployment activities.
• Manage change control processes and release governance activities.
 
Organizational Change Management:
• Support user adoption, training, communication, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Develop operational readiness plans and transition support processes to production support teams.
• Ensure solutions are fully documented, sustainable, and aligned with business objectives.
 
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud Master Data Management implementations.
• Strong understanding of Customer, Supplier, Product/Item, and Financial Master Data domains.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise application and Cloud ERP projects.
• Solid understanding of system integrations, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience working within IT governance, SDLC, and change management frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, Agile, or ITIL certification.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud MDM platforms.
• Familiarity with data quality tools, integration platforms, and enterprise middleware technologies.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience working within highly regulated or security-conscious environments.
• Strong background in vendor management and global delivery models.
