Must Have's: Strong experience in Agile Project Management using Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks. Expertise in project planning, resource management, budgeting, and stakeholder management. Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, RAID logs, and project governance.
JD: Seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead project delivery using Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication while ensuring successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Agile project delivery, managing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Track project progress, milestones, KPIs, and SLAs through dashboards and status reporting. Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and maintain RAID logs with proactive escalation and mitigation. Ensure governance, SDLC compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and lessons learned. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Skills: Strong experience in Agile Project Management using Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks. Expertise in project planning, resource management, budgeting, and stakeholder management. Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, RAID logs, and project governance. Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar. Excellent communication, leadership, and risk management skills
Preferred: PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications. Experience managing large-scale technology or telecom projects
