Job Title: Field Support Analyst
Duration: 4 months – possible extension/ Potential to Convert to FTE
Location: Houston, TX
Hours: Monday-Friday: 8am -5pm (EST)
Interview Process:
? 1st round technical interview – phone
? 2nd round culture interview with HM – teams
? 3rd round with office leadership - onsite
Job Description:
Resource's typical working day:
? Must Have Skills:
? Good technical skills, Good customer service
Nice to have skills:
? Banking or law firm support work,
? Experience with Apple iOS
? Adobe Acrobat
Years of Experience: 5+ years
Education:
? Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 5 years extra experience
Software skills:
? MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite

- Hardware/software support
- Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
- Responding to tickets
- Maintaining office technology
- Front facing customer service
- Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
- Backend office MS Office Support
- MS Intune
- Active Directory
- Remote management
- Incident Request Management
? Must Have Skills:
