Job Title: PIA P&C Service Associate (Tier II)
Location: Rochester New York 14623
Duration: 3 Months
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Working with a highly efficient team to monitor, load and correct deficiencies associated with WC plans from insurance carriers into Clients computer system.
• Team member will utilize multiple computer systems and insurance carrier websites as well as clients internal applications to upload client data.
• This data will be submitted by internal partners and relied upon to be entered with 100% accuracy.
• This is a full time, in-office role and will consist of sitting at a desk for prolonged periods of time with moderate phone use as team member may need to receive inbound communication or make outbound calls relating to data being entered.
