Job Title: IT - Project Manager III
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Type: Hybrid 2 days a week onsite
Duration: 6 months (Possibility of extension and conversion)

Job Description
Our client is seeking experienced IT Project Managers to support a portfolio of infrastructure-focused initiatives within the Brisk program. This is a backfill opportunity where the successful candidates will manage multiple infrastructure projects, drive project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery against timelines and defined scope. The role offers exposure to a variety of projects within the bank and has the potential for extension or long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and track project milestones.
• Coordinate and engage infrastructure teams and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate communication with executive stakeholders and teams across various levels of the organization.
• Use ServiceNow and Jira to support project tracking and maintenance activities.
• Identify project risks and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with established objectives and timelines.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and scope management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Scrum Master certification or Agile experience.
• Experience using ServiceNow.
• Experience using Jira.
