Position: MES Engineer Location: St. Albans, VT Duration: 14 Months
*FTPS knowledge preferred*
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain MES recipes using Rockwell
Optimize recipes to improve efficiency, quality, and performance
Support MES deployments, including testing, troubleshooting, and go-live activities
Collaborate with IT, Engineering, QA, and Operations to align MES with process requirements
Provide production support and resolve MES-related issues
Maintain documentation and support validation/compliance activities
Required:
Minimum 1 year of MES experience, preferably with Rockwell MES
Experience with recipe/workflow authoring and system configuration
Understanding of manufacturing processes and batch operations
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Preferred:
Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Food & Beverage, etc.)
Familiarity with validation (CSV) and GMP requirements
Knowledge of Rockwell automation systems (PLC, SCADA)
Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
