Position Overview
The Program Manager completes assignments of moderate scope and complexity and requires some guidance on moderately complex issues. This role may participate on project teams, understands the basic organizational structure and how to utilize available resources, and communicates with peers inside and outside the organization to exchange ideas and gather information.

Local candidates only.

Approximately 50% travel is required and may occur anywhere within the service territory.

With prior manager approval, travel-related expenses such as mileage may be submitted for reimbursement.

With prior manager approval, a monthly reimbursement amount may be submitted for phone and internet expenses.

Top Priorities: Rodent abatement experience, California PCA License, and trainability.

A company laptop will be provided. In the event of delays, vendor-issued or personal equipment may be used until the laptop is available.

Vendor may be required to provide a docking station.

PPE will be provided if required.
Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
-
Minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent.
Required Certifications

California PCA License required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Desired

Full understanding of Program Management.

Ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects.

Ability to prioritize, plan, perform, and communicate activities in both written and verbal form.

Knowledge of current utility and energy industry issues, industry trends, and political, economic, and social issues affecting the market.

Knowledge of energy industry applications for local-level customers, including energy issues, customer energy efficiency applications, and general customer information.
