Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Marketing Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing activities to drive adoption of Meta ads amongst businesses of all sizes (large advertisers, enterprises, and small businesses).


This role combines marketing thinking with rigorous execution, navigating cross-functional teams and delivering campaigns that move the needle for businesses on Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Developing and Deploying Marketing Campaigns
Develop and execute business marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), targeting business owners, decision makers and practitioners
Create customer-centric content that inspires and educates businesses, ensuring it is compelling and integrated across channels including Meta ads, emails, and web landing pages
Partner with creators to develop inspiring and educational content that influences and educates businesses on how to grow using Meta platforms
2. Performance Management Partner with business development, performance marketing, and product teams to land customer programs Review campaign performance and recommend mid-flight changes to improve effectiveness Launch on-ground activations and report performance on the effectiveness of programs in driving product adoption
3. Stakeholder Management Work closely with agencies and web designers to create compelling digital assets Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects as per timelines
4. Managing External Partners Manage end-to-end project delivery in partnership with creative, media, and event agencies Manage creator partnerships and associated deliverables

Mandatory Requirements

Previous experience in marketing, ideally in a consumer tech or digital-first company
Overall work experience of 5-7 years with at least 3 years of core marketing experience
Good understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools
Experience working with creators/influencers is a plus
