Job Description
Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Remote)
Duration: 12 Months
Location: 100% Remote (Must be licensed to practice as a Pharmacist)
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Training Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed Clinical Pharmacist to support the implementation and ongoing management of clinical programs for new client accounts. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful clinical program installations, manage implementation activities, identify risks, and resolve post-implementation issues. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the clinical deliverables and requirements of new client contracts.
- Participate in client implementation and installation meetings.
- Support the successful implementation of new clinical programs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's clinical product portfolio.
- Gather, document, and validate client clinical requirements.
- Complete the clinical portions of implementation project plans.
- Coordinate implementation activities with internal cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify, communicate, and escalate implementation risks or post-installation issues when appropriate.
- Participate in weekly client review meetings.
- Manage and resolve clinical post-implementation issues while ensuring client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy)
- Active Licensed Pharmacist (Required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.
