Job Title: Project Manager 
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 Months Assignment with possible extension

Daily Schedule: 40hr/week in the beginning, but may move to part time as projects progress
 
Description:

• Leads project teams and sub teams to develop and implement new programs and process improvements.
• Manages projects in accordance with established program management methodologies.
• Ensure that multiple projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results.
• Manages and monitors project or program schedules, progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintains, adjusts and updates project plans as needed. 5-7 years
• Looking specifically for a project manager to help facilitate the team

 
Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate as needed
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders
• Establish timelines
• True PM work
• Help team remain on track for deadlines and goals
• Remaining organized
• Follow up as needed
• Partner with cross functional teams as needed
• No degree required
• PMP highly preferred

 
Technology requirements:

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Smartsheet’s (main one)
• Project Management tooling

 
Years experience:

• 4+ years of relevant experience

 
Required background:

• Knowledge of project management
• Has seen projects from start to end successfully
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with large cross function projects (international projects are a plus)
• Ability to pivot as needed
• Supply chain background

 
Nice-to-Haves:

• Knowledge of customs and trade would be a plus
