Location: Barceloneta, PR
Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hourly
Shift: 10:30AM - 7:00 PM, must be available to work OT and weekends based on business needs.

Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hourly

Resposnibilities:
- Processes documents arriving in the area through the Documentation System.
- Attaches and reviews document properties.
- Approves documents and properties in the documentation system and releases them for distribution.
- Circulates change control packages for review and approval, monitors approvers' responses, and ensures necessary approvals are obtained.
- Completes work according to established priorities, policies, practices, and procedures to ensure documentation is sent according to schedule.
- Verifies the impact of procedural changes on different operational systems such as SAP, LIMS, MES/POMS, Delta V.
- Verifies synchronization of changes between operational systems and documentation.
- Coordinates changes among shared documents for Worcester, ABL, and Singapore plants.
- Trains employees in system techniques.
- Receives, evaluates, and assigns document effectiveness dates.
- Communicates procedure and CR status to initiators and negotiates implementation timelines if necessary.
- Conducts proofreading of documents received in the documentation area.
- Verifies and receives documents.
- Notifies affected areas and the Training department of generated changes.
- Executes changes in SAP and DSP operational systems.
- Troubleshoots conflicts in the Documentation system or operational systems.
- Prepares/Reviews manual PCRs for use in the SVP (Small Volume Parenteral) and BDS (Bulk Drug Substance) areas.
- Manages the retention room and coordinates document transfer to Iron Mountain.
- Provides assistance to operations according to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) management systems and promotes continuous improvement.
- Associate's degree in Secretarial Sciences, Business Administration, or Natural Sciences, with three (3) years of experience.
- High School diploma or GED with five (5) years of experience in document control.
- Strong knowledge in Word, excel and AttachePro.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
