Overview
We are looking for a relationship-driven Partner Success Manager to support and grow a strategic technology partner ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for partners, helping them successfully sell, implement, and support technology solutions while driving product adoption, revenue growth, and long-term partner success.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, including MSPs, VARs, ISVs, and technology alliances.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner engagement, escalations, and ongoing success.
- Conduct regular business reviews to discuss performance, opportunities, risks, and growth strategies.
Partner Enablement & Adoption
- Lead partner onboarding and enablement programs to accelerate time to productivity.
- Deliver training on products, sales strategies, best practices, and partner resources.
- Encourage adoption of partner portals, tools, and enablement platforms.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution
- Develop joint business plans with partners, including revenue goals, pipeline development, and marketing initiatives.
- Support opportunity identification, qualification, and co-selling efforts.
- Monitor partner performance and pipeline metrics to improve engagement and business outcomes.
Program Management
- Ensure partners meet program requirements and advance through partner tiers.
- Communicate updates regarding certifications, incentives, benefits, and program changes.
- Gather partner feedback to improve programs, enablement, and overall partner experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams to deliver an exceptional partner experience.
- Share partner feedback with internal stakeholders to influence product enhancements.
- Support partner marketing initiatives, case studies, and success stories.
Partner Advocacy
- Act as the internal advocate for partner and customer needs.
- Coordinate with technical support and engineering teams to resolve partner issues.
- Promote best practices that improve customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Partner Management, Channel Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Software solutions.
- Experience managing technology partner ecosystems and indirect sales channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with MSPs, VARs, ISVs, distributors, or global technology partners.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience using Salesforce CRM, PRM platforms, or other partner management tools.
- Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, partner management, or channel sales are a plus.
