Job Description
Job Title: Content Creator/Consultant Location: Remote (EST) The ideal candidate for this role would be able to come onsite to home office in NYC as needed Contract: 2 months to start with potential for extension Interview: Possibly 2 rounds of interviews, during interview there will be an expectation of candidate assessment on editing.
Engagement: The selected consultant is expected to be fully available during normal working hours (9-5pm ET, Monday throug Friday)
Role Overview The Content Creator/Consultant is responsible for producing high-quality, field-facing content using tools like Canva with a primary focus on Instagram, field web, Facebook and LinkedIn. This role combines creative content development with production operations, ensuring all assets are brand-aligned, compliant, optimized for social engagement, and ready for agent use. Working within established content frameworks, the consultant will manage high-volume social content production, *contribute to Canva template ecosystems, *develop content documentation, and *oversee content workflows from creation through compliance approval and publishing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, *AI-savvy, and experienced creating engaging financial literacy and financial wellness content within a regulated environment.
Scope of Work Primary responsibilities include:
High-volume production of social content, including posts, carousels, templates, *AI-assisted animations, and short-form video content
Develop of content guides, starter kits, documentation, SOPs, and workflow resources
Manage of social content production workflows, including coordination of compliance approvals and publishing to internal content libraries
Create, maintain, and optimize Canva templates and asset libraries
Ongoing support of content production, cadence and compliance cycles
Research social media trends, platform algorithms, and best-performing content formats
Utilize AI tools such as *ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Canva AI, and approved internal technologies while applying *human review and fact-checking to ensure quality and compliance
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging social media content including posts, carousels, graphics, Canva templates, and visual assets
Produce multiple content variations for DBA and Non-DBA agents
Translate messaging frameworks and content strategies into ready-to-publish assets
Build and maintain Canva Enterprise templates, asset libraries, and reusable design systems
Develop content guides including Getting Started, Setup, and General Market resources
Partner with Creative, Brand, Compliance, and Digital Enablement teams to review, refine, and finalize content
Manage production workflows, timelines, approvals, and publishing logistics
Proofread, format, and adapt content to meet brand, compliance, and platform standards
Support major content initiatives, launches, and ongoing social media production
Maintain organized documentation of project status, workflows, and completed deliverables
Collaborate with the manager and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of priorities

Required Skills
Expert-level Canva experience, including template creation, social media design, and project management
Strong content creation, digital design, and copywriting skills
Experience managing high-volume content production in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with compliance processes, preferably within regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare
Financial literacy and experience creating financial or educational content
Knowledge of social media best practices, platform algorithms, and emerging trends
Experience using AI tools including *ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Canva AI, or similar technologies, with the ability to apply *human judgment and fact-check AI-generated content
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and production deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
Research, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries
Experience developing scalable content systems, templates, and documentation
Ability to balance creativity with operational execution and process improvement
Experience collaborating across cross-functional marketing, creative, compliance, and digital teams
