Title:  Sr. IAM Operations Engineer
Duration: 12-month contract (with strong possibility of extension or conversion)
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Locations: McLean, VA | Plano, TX | Richmond, VA
 

Role Overview:
This is an operations-focused Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role supporting Capital One's Authentication Stack team. The engineer will work on IAM operations, infrastructure automation, AWS cloud environments, and production support. A key responsibility is executing infrastructure "rehydrations" through CI/CD pipelines while ensuring platform reliability and collaborating with multiple engineering teams.
