Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst – o9
Location: Charlotte, NC - Onsite Role
Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills:
1. Hands-on experience in o9 platform
2. Solid understanding of end to end Supply Chain Planning concepts (Demand, Supply, Capability Planning, S\&OP etc)
3. Ability to translate complex business scenarios into scalable o9 solutions
Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Actively configure o9 platform components, including data models, user interfaces (dashboards, views), workflow engines, and business logic solvers.
• Design end-to-end supply chain solutions within the o9 "Digital Brain," ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical specifications and o9-native configurations.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to map, integrate, and validate data flows between core ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and the o9 platform.
• Own the functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and system validation phases to ensure high data accuracy and system performance.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot complex system behaviors, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for business power users
• Minimum of 2–4 years of direct, hands-on configuration experience within the o9 Solutions platform.
• Strong foundational understanding of Supply Chain planning concepts (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply & Capability Planning, IBP, or S&OP).
• Proven experience working with the o9 Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG), advanced analytics solvers, and writing/modifying o9 business rules.
• Proficient in SQL, data modeling concepts, and understanding ETL/middleware integration patterns.
• Exceptional analytical skills to debug configuration issues, performance bottlenecks, or data mismatches within the platform.
• Ability to articulate complex technical o9 concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders
