Job Description
Title: Business Systems Analyst II – Manual Tester (Empower LOS)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute manual test scripts based on finalized business and functional requirements.
• Perform end-to-end functional testing across Empower LOS and Loan Officer Digital platforms.
• Validate mortgage lending workflows, business scenarios, and system integrations.
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation and support defect resolution cycles.
• Ensure compliance validation for regulatory workflows (e.g., TRID and related controls).
• Collaborate with business, release, and QA teams to highlight gaps, risks, and testing readiness.
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Empower LOS
• Expertise in manual testing & test case design/execution
• Solid understanding of mortgage lending workflows & regulatory concepts
