Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join a fast-paced operations team supporting charitable giving and donor-advised fund administration. This role involves managing high-volume operational processes, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, processing financial transactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities

Process incoming and outgoing checks accurately and within established timelines, including logging, tracking, validating payee information, coordinating approvals, and supporting reconciliations.

Prepare, maintain, and update recurring and ad hoc operational reports using Excel, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Perform account and record maintenance by updating donor-advised fund information and related administrative systems while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, streamline administrative processes, and enhance reporting and tracking procedures.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve administrative issues, gather required documentation, and facilitate smooth operational execution.

Support regulatory and audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation and operational records.

Handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in operations, financial services, banking, asset management, or charitable/nonprofit administration.
