Shift: B & C Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)Pay Rate: $26.95As an ICM1, you will manage the receipt, control, and movement of raw and packaging materials using powered industrial trucks (PIT) and inventory systems. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily inventory reconciliation to ensure stock accuracyMonitor material status including near-expiry, quarantine, and system trackingReplenish materials to maintain optimal inventory levelsOperate ERP systems (SAP/WMS) to manage inventory movementSafely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT)Ensure materials issued to production are clean, labeled, and compliantDispose of rejected materials according to proceduresTrack and maintain warehouse equipment complianceInput accurate data for receiving, inspection, and issuance processesSupport continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operationsMaintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environmentFollow all company policies, SOPs, and EHS guidelinesMaintain strong attendance, conduct, and safety standardsContinue skill development toward ICM Level 2Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentBasic math skillsAbility to read and write in EnglishAbility to lift up to 50 lbsFlexibility to work extended hours as neededPreferred Qualifications1+ year experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment (cGMP preferred)Experience with SAP, WMS, or ERP systemsPIT (forklift) certification or experienceInventory control and/or shipping & receiving backgroundFamiliarity with FDA-regulated environmentsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement processes Enable Skills-Based Hiring No Pre-identified Candidate Name (No Value)Pre-identified Candidate Contact Information (No Value)
