Location: Irvine, CA 92612 (Hybrid Onsite: Tuesday through Thursday onsite; Monday and Friday remote)

Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Agency Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working within an agency environment (either a traditional advertising agency or a fast-paced in-house corporate agency). Note: Managing external agencies from the client side is not sufficient.
- Deep Print Production Knowledge: Solid understanding of print project workflows, print specifications, mechanical builds, and print-ready materials. Must understand how traditional printed materials are produced.
- Advanced Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to manage numerous projects, brands, timelines, and shifting workflows simultaneously.
- Diplomatic Communication: A persuasive, professional, and diplomatic communication style. Ability to negotiate effectively with creative and account teams while handling competing priorities under tight deadlines.
Technical Skills & Education:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent advertising agency experience.
- Project Management Tools: Experience with Workfront is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage for quick onboarding.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of ProofHQ, MS Project, and Advantage software systems is a strong plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Thorough working knowledge of graphic design and advertising print production techniques.
The "Hats" You Will Wear
As a Traffic Manager III, you will own the agency project lifecycle by multitasking across various functions:
- The Juggler: Manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of the lifecycle without losing momentum.
- The Wrangler: Follow up with and track down cross-functional team members (Creative, Account, and Shared Resources) to ensure tasks are completed.
- The Tracker/Detective: Maintain 100% visibility into where your team and projects stand daily to ensure seamless deliverables.
- The Chameleon: Constantly adapt your style to work effectively with different personalities while securing what the project needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Workflow & Process Management: Champion and reinforce established agency processes. Educate, guide, and guide team members on process adherence and project workflow requirements.
- Project Tracking: Manage simple to complex non-interactive/print projects. Know the stage and status of all work at any given time.
- Timeline & Estimates: Create, manage, and update all timelines, project schedules, and internal fee estimates using internal software.
- Risk & Bottleneck Mitigation: Anticipate roadblocks, process deviances, or staffing bottlenecks early; proactively provide actionable solutions to the team.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule input meetings, manage daily/weekly status reports, and conduct weekly traffic/status meetings.
- Digital Routing: Oversee digital routing systems, ensuring appropriate team members review assets in a timely manner and provide actionable feedback/approvals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central hub of communication between all levels of staff—from Account Coordinators to VPs.
