Job Description
Job Title: Frontend/UI Engineer
Location: Hybrid, Austin, TX
Duration:3 Months
Required Skills:

Responsibilities :
-Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, clarify and document detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements that align web products with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.
-Translate complex business problems into structured user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria that guide development teams working with Node JS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and React Js.
-Analyze existing digital workflows, data flows and user touchpoints to identify gaps, redundancies and optimization opportunities that improve efficiency, usability and customer satisfaction.
-Work closely with engineering teams in a hybrid environment to refine backlog items, prioritize features and ensure technical feasibility while balancing risk, cost and value.
-Create and maintain clear process maps, wireframes and simple interface descriptions that help teams visualize end to end user journeys across responsive web applications.
-Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes in web components, integrations and data structures to anticipate downstream effects on performance, security and maintainability.
-Coordinate and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing by defining scenarios, preparing test data and validating that delivered features meet agreed requirements.
-Monitor key performance indicators for digital solutions and interpret analytics to recommend enhancements that improve adoption, engagement and overall business performance.
-Document business rules, configuration options and operational procedures in a concise and reusable manner to support onboarding, knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance.
-Facilitate regular workshops and working sessions to resolve requirement conflicts, gain consensus and keep stakeholders informed about scope, progress and risks without requiring travel.
-Ensure that accessibility, responsive design principles and cross browser compatibility are reflected in requirements for interfaces built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React Js.
-Partner with product owners to shape roadmaps, estimate effort at a high level and balance short term delivery needs with long term scalability of Node JS based services.
-Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned from each release and proposing enhancements to requirement management practices, templates and collaboration tools.
