The Sr. Compensation Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation Advisory, delivering professional research, high-quality analytics and technical services to one of lines of business that support the design, development, implementation and evaluation of compensation policies and programs.

Job Description
The Sr. Compensation Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation Advisory, delivering professional research, high-quality analytics and technical services to one of lines of business that support the design, development, implementation and evaluation of compensation policies and programs.
Key accountabilities of this role include:
- Complete all aspects of the market intelligence process including research, end-to-end employee matching, data validation, interpretation and professional presentation of findings for line of business;
- Prepare detailed compensation analytics and models as needed to support both cyclical and ad hoc project-related deliverables;
- Support all compensation recommendations with market intelligence expertise and equity valuations;
- Monitor trends in the external market;
- Support the team of advisors with professional business-related research and analysis.

Additional Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Management, Human Resources / Labour Relations, Mathematics or Economics;
- Direct experience in a Compensation role is an asset;
- Working towards CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation would be considered an asset;
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
