Job Description
Title: Customer Service Rep III
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Location: Atlanta, GA 30354-1959
Schedule: This is a 4 days/week job. 3 days WFH + 1 day onsite. 10-hour shift.

- Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
