The Accounts Payable Representative (Vendor Master Data) is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant vendor master records. This role ensures data integrity, supports SOX controls, and handles sensitive supplier information with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain vendor master data in compliance with established SOX controls
• Review and validate supplier documentation, including W-9 forms and banking information
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor data to support payment processes
• Manage sensitive supplier information following company data protection standards
• Interact directly with suppliers to validate and obtain required documentation
• Process and respond to internal and external requests related to vendor setup and maintenance
• Support internal audits and control activities related to vendor master data

Education & Experience:

• HS Diploma or Equivalent, required
• 2 years directly related experience working in accounting support, preferred
• English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical mindset with the ability to validate and troubleshoot data issues
• Customer service orientation and effective communication skills
