Shift: Administrative (Monday to Friday) | Hybrid Role
Position Summary:
The Business Process & System Expert assists in the execution of business process management and improvements across all divisions. The role focuses on analyzing, auditing, and optimizing processes while supporting enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, MES, CRM) to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and ROI. This position supports Supply Chain Management, distribution operations, and inventory management in manufacturing and distribution environments.

Position Summary:
The Business Process & System Expert assists in the execution of business process management and improvements across all divisions. The role focuses on analyzing, auditing, and optimizing processes while supporting enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, MES, CRM) to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and ROI. This position supports Supply Chain Management, distribution operations, and inventory management in manufacturing and distribution environments.
Key Responsabilities:
- Define and apply structured methodologies to build, improve, and monitor business processes.
- Analyze procedures and workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and increase productivity.
- Quantify improvements using ROI methodologies.
- Simulate and test process improvements before Go-Live.
- Support ERP (Plex), WMS, MES, and CRM systems.
- Participate in system implementations, configurations, and testing.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training.
- Coordinate testing and support with PLEX support personnel and vendors.
- Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation using Visio or equivalent tools.
- Perform audits of processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Track project tasks, timelines, and improvement initiatives.
- Document and manage support activities using Helpdesk tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5+ years of experience in process improvement, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Optimize warehouse productivity and fulfillment accuracy.
- Analyze inventory KPIs (turnover, DOH, shrinkage).
- Support replenishment strategies and safety stock planning.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams.
- Experience in food and beverage industry or CPG preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), verbal and written.
- Certifications (preferred):
- APICS CPIM / CSCP
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
- PMP or equivalent
